Terms and Conditions

By downloading or using REVISABLE AI, you agree to be bound by these ‘Terms of Use’. If you do
not agree to these ‘Terms of Use’, please do not use the App.
The Website and the Application (“App”) or any other REVISABLE AI software shall hereinafter be
collectively referred to as “REVISABLE” or “REVISABLE AI”.
Revio Education Private Limited, is a Company incorporated under the Companies Act,
2013, having its registered office at B-70, Manavsthali Apartments, Vasundhara Enclave,
Delhi-110096, the creator of this Terms of Use (“Terms”) to ensure our firm commitments
and responsibilities of the users accessing the Platforms and Services.
These Terms are in addition to, and goes in hand with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy that can be accessed by all users on our Platform.
You are not permitted to copy, modify or attempt to extract the source code of REVISABLE AI, any
part of the App, or our trademarks in any way. You are also not allowed to translate the App
into other languages or create derivative versions. The App and all the trademarks,
copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it belong to Revio Education Private Limited.
Revio Education Private Limited reserves the right to make changes to the App or to charge
for its services at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the App or its
services without making it very clear to you exactly what you’re paying for.
REVISABLE AI stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us to provide our
service. You are responsible for keeping your phone and access to the App secure.
Therefore, we recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which could
compromise your phone’s security features and make it vulnerable to
malware/viruses/malicious programs.
The App uses third-party services, including RevenueCat and Firebase analytics, which have their own Terms of Use / Terms and Conditions.
After downloading the App, you will have access to its basic features. Access to some
services and/or additional features within the App (Premium options) requires paid
subscriptions. We do not offer free trials for REVISABLE AI. Auto-renewing subscription
period will start on a regular basis. You will be charged automatically unless you
cancel your subscription 24 hours. When you cancel your subscription, you will still
have access to the basic functions of the App.
You can choose different subscription options. Subscription prices are in Indian National Rupees (INR) and may vary in countries other than the India. You will have all necessary
information about your subscription plan and/or duration of the free trial period on the signup
screen before the purchase.
Subscriptions are automatically renewed for a new billing period (weekly, annually), and you
may be charged no more than 24 hours before the beginning of each billing period. You may
cancel your subscription at any time before the end of the Applicable billing period, and the
cancellation will Apply to the next period. No cancellation of the current subscription is
allowed during the active subscription period. Subscriptions are managed by you. Please
note that removing the App from your device does not deactivate your subscription.

You may be charged by your communications service provider for downloading and/or
accessing the App on your mobile phone or tablet device, so you should check the terms of
agreement with your operator. All such charges are solely your responsibility. Certain
functions of the App will require an active internet connection. Revio Education Private
Limited cannot take responsibility for the App not working at full functionality if you don’t
have access to proper Wi-Fi or mobile data.
You acknowledge and agree that your use of the App or the content you input or generate
via the App is at your sole risk. You assume full responsibility arising out of your use of the
App and/or any further sharing or distribution of any content you input or generate via the
App. In addition, you agree to hold harmless and indemnify Revio Education Private Limited,
our successors, assigns, licensees, partners, affiliates, officers, directors, and employees
from and against all Revio Education Private Limited does not guarantee the accuracy,
completeness, timeliness, reliability, suitability, or availability of the App or any information or
results generated by the App. We make no warranties or representations about the suitability
of the App for any purpose. The App is provided “as is” and without any warranty of any kind.
In no event shall Revio Education Private Limited be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental,
consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with
your use of the App or any content you input or generate via the App, even if we have been
advised of the possibility of such damages. Your sole and exclusive remedy for
dissatisfaction with the App or any content you input or generate via the App is to stop using
the App.
You agree to comply with all Applicable laws and regulations when using the App, including
but not limited to intellectual property laws and privacy laws.
Revio Education Private Limited reserves the right to terminate your access to the App at
any time and for any reason, without notice or liability to you.
These ‘Terms of Use’ constitute the entire agreement, along with the Terms and Conditions
and Privacy Policy of REVISABLE AI, between you and Revio Education Private Limited regarding
your use of REVISABLE AI, superseding any prior agreements between you and Revio Education
Private Limited relating to your use of the App. If any provision of these ‘Terms of Use’ is
held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and
effect.
These ‘Terms of Use’ will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
India, and any dispute arising out of the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of courts at New Delhi, India. The user shall not assign these ‘Terms of Use’ or
assign any rights or delegate any obligations hereunder, in whole or in part, whether
voluntarily or by operation of law, without our prior written consent, any such purported
assignment or delegation will be null and void and of no force or effect
